As a Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting our clients with both financial and technical matters related to accounting and cost management. Whether through email, phone, or remote access, you’ll analyze, process, and resolve intricate business transactions using a diverse range of tools. Your collaboration with our service advisors, developers, and system engineers will make you a central liaison between our software and our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Research, Analysis, and Mapping:

   • Conduct systematic research within internal knowledge databases.
   • Analyze customer systems and map their inquiries to reference systems.

2. Consultation:

   • Provide expert advice to clients on relevant topics.

3. Support:

   • Assist customers in implementing financial and logistical business processes.

4. Documentation:

   • Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation of your solutions and progress.

Your Profile:

• Education:

  • You hold a degree in business administration, with a focus on accounting, controlling, or a related field. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.

• Professional Experience:

  • You possess relevant work experience and a basic understanding of ERP or inventory management systems.

• Work Approach:

  • You leverage your expertise and analytical skills to provide top-notch customer support, embracing dynamic and exciting challenges.

• Personality and Communication:

  • You tailor your actions to meet customer needs, demonstrating service orientation.
  • You communicate tactfully and confidently in both German and Hungarian. English proficiency is optional.
